Assess

A Property Tech Health-Check — we visit your let, test everything, and hand you a full report with a fix-list. This is the low-commitment paid entry point. The fee is credited in full if you go on to a plan.

Set up

We install whatever your property needs — WiFi mesh, Starlink, sensors, smart locks, cameras. One visit. Done properly. Usually under half a day.

Monitor & support

We watch the property continuously, handle problems remotely first, and come out when something needs hands-on attention. Subscription plans from £39/month keep everything looked after — and your call-out rates low.
