Initial conversation

We talk through your portfolio — size, locations, current tech setup, the problems you're trying to solve. No commitment at this stage.

Pilot property

We start with a single property — a full health-check, installation, and the first month of work. You see exactly what you're getting before committing the rest of the portfolio.

Portfolio rollout

We batch the remaining installations efficiently — typically a few properties per day — with minimal disruption to bookings and changeovers. Multi-property subscription pricing applies once we're across the portfolio.

Ongoing management

One monthly invoice. Consolidated monitoring reports. A single number to call. The subscription does the watching; we do the managing; you do the lettings.
