What we actually do
Four things that protect your bookings
Keep your WiFi working
We monitor connectivity continuously and often spot and fix dropouts before your guests notice. For remote properties, we install Starlink. For all properties, we install 4G failover so a broadband blip never ruins a stay.
Protect the property when empty
Freeze alerts, leak sensors, remote boiler control, and humidity monitoring. An empty cottage in January is your biggest risk — we watch it continuously and act when readings trend toward danger.
Handle access without keys
Smart locks with auto-expiring guest PINs mean no key handovers, no lockboxes, and no lockout calls to you at odd hours. Each guest gets a unique code. It expires at checkout.
Answer — and own it to done
One number, one person, who already knows your property. No explaining your setup to a stranger. We fix what we can remotely, come out when it needs hands on it, and arrange a qualified trade when the job calls for one.
