Registration & compliance packages
England's national short-term-let registration scheme is being introduced from 2026. Owners will need a valid registration number to advertise on Airbnb, Booking.com, and other platforms. A registration requires demonstrating you hold the required safety documentation: gas safety certificate, electrical (EICR), fire risk assessment, and working smoke and CO alarms.
FellWatch helps you organise, obtain, and track all of this — factually, calmly, without the panic. FellWatch coordinates and documents; the certificates are issued by qualified trades and assessors we arrange.

Hardware
Hardware not included
Any hardware we install — routers, mesh nodes, Starlink equipment, temperature sensors, smart thermostats, smart locks, water detectors, cables — is quoted upfront and invoiced separately at cost. You always approve hardware spend before we order anything.
